I am Louise Renton, a Fitness Instructor specialising in PILATES and a Massage Therapist based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent.  I run a variety of exercise classes including Pilates in Speldhurst, Langton Green, Groombridge and Tonbridge and offer a range of massage therapies in comfortable relaxing surroundings in Speldhurst, near Tunbridge Wells in Kent. 

STOP PRESS - Last classes this term are in the week from 11th to 15th July - Normal timetable resumes from Monday 5th September.

As usual during the summer break, there are drop-in classes with no need to book in advance. All classes are in Langton Green Village Hall in the Main Hall unless otherwise specified.

 Each class lasts one hour and the cost per class is £9.  Here is the schedule - 

Monday 25 July –              9.30 am  (Palmer room)       
 
Tuesday 26 July –             9.30 am          AND          7.30 pm
 
Monday 1 August -            9.30 am         AND            7.30 pm
 
Wednesday 3 August –      9.30 am

In all of them, I aim to maintain a welcoming, non-competitive atmosphere with the emphasis on safety, effectiveness and enjoyment.

On Fridays I run a Fitness for Older Adults class in Tonbridge  

I also hold a specialist qualification in teaching pre & post natal exercise if you need advice..

Massage treatments
 
In my treatment room in Speldhurst (nr Tunbridge Wells) I also offer a variety of massage treatments, briefly described here.  This is your time to relax and escape.
 
 Massage stimulates the body’s own renewal systems to boost circulation, aid cellular renewal, encourage the removal of toxic waste, relaxing muscles and bringing a sense of well-being to mind and body. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression.

Treatments include:  AROMATHERAPY;  REFLEXOLOGY;  HOT STONE THERAPY;  REMEDIAL/SPORTS MASSAGE; INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE; SEATED ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE;  WORKPLACE MASSAGE;  NATURAL FACE LIFT MASSAGE;  BABY/INFANT MASSAGE; PAMPER PARTIES
