Massage is a way of encouraging the body to heal and repair.

These are the treatments available. Treatments can be combined so while you might require deep remedial massage, I will also use my aromatherapy expertise to enhance the treatment.

Aromatherapy Massage

An holistic therapy which effectively combines the healing practices of massage and the application of essential oils to provide a treatment improving physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Remedial/sports massage

A deep, area-specific massage which can help relieve restricted movement and chronic pain such as backache, neck & shoulder tension, sciatica, tendonitis etc.  It can help to prevent injury, encourage recovery from muscle strain and ensure optimum performance.  Treatment will include advice on exercises and stretches to capitalise on massage benefits.

Reflexology treatment

A gentle, relaxing, holistic therapy designed to balance body systems and encourage the body’s self healing mechanisms using reflex points on the feet directly relating to specific areas of the body.

Natural face lift massage

A relaxing treatment to passively exercise the muscles in the face and neck.  This helps to counteract the forces of gravity and facial expressions such as frowning by facilitating muscle memory.  The body then 'remembers' where tissue needs to be.  To see a noticeable difference a course of treatments would be required.

Hot stone therapy

An amazingly relaxing therapy – smooth, rounded basalt stones are heated and used to massage the body. The warmth of the stones, combined with scented oils penetrates the muscles and balances the nervous system invoking a very deep relaxation.

Indian Head Massage

In the comfort of your own home, a group of friends could benefit from a 15 min treatment each.  Each participant could choose from reflexology, seated acupressure massage, back, neck & shoulder massage or indian head massage.  The cost per person would be £10 based on a minimum of 6 participants.
