I am Louise Renton, a Fitness Instructor specialising in PILATES and a Massage Therapist based near Tunbridge Wells in Kent. I run a variety of exercise classes including Pilates in Speldhurst, Langton Green, Groombridge and Tonbridge and offer a range of massage therapies in comfortable relaxing surroundings in Speldhurst, near Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

On Fridays I run a Fitness for Older Adults class in Tonbridge

In my treatment room in Speldhurst (nr Tunbridge Wells) I also offer a variety of massage treatments, briefly described here. This is your time to relax and escape.
