A progressive exercise programme suitable for all ages & abilities using Pilates principles but with the added benefit of up to date knowledge of exercise safety & effectiveness, helping your body function more efficiently with less risk. Working on core stability to minimise strain and maximise efficiency of muscular effort and on joint mobilisation to encourage freedom of movement, regular participants can expect to gain:
